After hundreds of weddings and corporate events coordinated in the 16 year span in my career thus far, I realized with any client or engaged couple I have put together an event for, I cheer-leaded them on with two goals: 

1) Encourage them to create a personalized event that reflects who their interests and tastes,

2) Entrust that I will coordinate and execute their event flawlessly so they can enjoy one of the happiest celebration of their lives. 

My philosophy is quite simple: be bold, be you!  What exactly does that mean?  That means don't follow what is trendy in magazines.  Don't imitate what you see on Pinterest because it's popular.  Do follow your heart and what makes you happy.  Hate cake?  Incorporate your favorite desserts in a dessert bar instead. Not a big fan of dancing but love board games?  Ditch the DJ and have an area designated for interactive board games. Your ideas are limitless and I'd love to guide you along the way while pulling the rest of the technical and logistical details (the boring, stressful stuff) that comes with the planning so you can enjoy your celebration stress free. Love Letters

Lolita is absolutely amazing! This review is long overdue. Our wedding was on June 4th, 2016 and Lolita was our day-of coordinator. I planned most of my wedding with the help of my mom, sister and aunt (oh.. and the groom!). About 6-8 weeks before the wedding my DJ asked if we had a day-of coordinator. I didn’t really think I needed one because our amazing venue (Julia Morgan Ballroom – San Francisco) took care of most everything in-house and the wedding coordinators there (Lillian and Elexis) were great. And my family tends to be over-planners so I figured we could handle it.

Once I started thinking about the little details (who was going to make sure the ceremony started on time, get everyone lined up, coordinate last minute details with vendors, CLEAN UP), I decided to meet with her.

I am so so glad I did. We had pretty good size wedding about 200 people in San Francisco. Lolita helped me immensely in the last 6 weeks leading up to the big day. She immediately got all of contact information for ALL of the vendors and reached out to all of them directly. She reviewed the timeline and the ceremony script I put together and made suggestions that I loved. She kept complimenting me on how organized I already was and I must admit I was a little worried about relinquishing some of my control but it was the best decision ever. I NEVER had to worry about anything. She’s located in the Bay Area and I’m in Sacramento so we only met in-person twice before rehearsal day but that didn’t matter at all. She kept in constant contact with me via email and text
She was on site for the wedding rehearsal, made sure we had access to the music to practice with, coordinated the wedding party entrance, made sure our officiant knew when and what to do. She and her assistant Marissa showed up on the day of the wedding early enough to coordinate with vendors (DJ, Florist, Photogs). She made sure we stuck to our timeline of events PERFECTLY. She checked in with us throughout the night, made sure we got cake, had drinks, gave us a heads up on things that were coming next, AND… her and Marissa cleaned up the extra favors, made sure we got our toasting glasses and our cake cutting knives packed up, Even more importantly for me… she made sure we had a to-go box of deserts from our desert table.

I know there are probably 100 other things she did that I don’t even know about. I am so grateful to have found Lolita when I did and I would 1000% recommend her to anyone!

We feel SO lucky to have worked with Lolita for our wedding last weekend. It was a relatively small event (45 guests), but we made the decision about three months out to try to hire someone to make sure we could fully relax and enjoy the day - we're so glad we connected with Lolita, because her presence ensured we could do exactly that! The event was better because of her involvement; she had great suggestions about timing, logistics, and ceremony location, managed countless vendor emails, and made sure that the day went off without a hitch, without us having to worry about a single thing. Lolita was organized, super responsive, and always upbeat, positive, and supportive.

Lolita was a great help by planning and executing our ceremony and reception timeline. With her experience, she was able to identify steps & tasks that I didn't even think of, and as a bride it was a relief not to worry. The day of our wedding, Lolita was right on track, making sure everything ran smoothly and it did because of her involvement. Fortunately, Lolita also has significant vendor relationships. She referred us to a Gourmet Mini Donut service and it was perfect!

Thanks again Lolita for all your help!On the wedding day everyone worked hard to get decorations etc together to make it a wonderful, enjoyable day. When my husband and I returned from the church we were greeted with a glass of champagne incl raspberries. 

To share some feedback from our guests, they enjoyed the food, saying it was great quality 5 stars, the location was great, people enjoyed the rooms, and the service was really great!

I really appreciated the fact that the service staff approached me to thank us for the great time they had to work with us. Which I can only give back! Thank you so much for helping making our day a special day! And also helping the next day to put everything back into my little car!

Lolita was extremely well organized and really gave us a vision of what the ceremony would look like.  Once we selected the hotel, she helped us manage the entire process with recommendations for florist, music, cakes, etc..  She engaged directly in tastings, planning, rehearsal, set-up and the ceremony/reception.  The hotel was perfect, the outside courtyard, the reception room with french doors opening to the courtyard, the appetizers, food, wine and bar all were absolutely perfect.
